Questions

How many lookups do I get per day?

Guests get 3 per day; signed-in Free gets 999 per day. Pro has no daily cap.

How do I license commercial bulk access?

Write hello@vaneform.com. Scripted bulk collection suspends the account.

How do billing and cancellation work?

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the selected interval. Open Manage subscription from your account to cancel future renewals; access continues through the current paid period.

Can I get a refund?

This is a digital subscription. Standard refunds are unavailable after access is delivered, except for duplicate charges, payment without delivery, clear billing errors, or other special cases. Contact hello@vaneform.com with your account email, product, purchase time, and issue details.

What happens after I pay?

Stripe confirms the payment and access is granted to the signed-in account, usually immediately. If the plan does not appear after refreshing your account, contact hello@vaneform.com with the account email and payment time.

How do credits work?

API and MCP calls and keyword data use credits: 1 per API website lookup or compared domain, 60 per keyword lookup, 200 per keyword ranking report. Free includes 100 a month; Pro includes 10,000. Keyword data is Pro. Website lookups on the site cost no credits.
